Open Play everyday?
We need your feedback!

The Board of Directors has been discussing ways of increasing income for the Club. An idea which has been discussed from time to time over the years is the possibility of going to Open Play everyday for local non members. Local non members are currently restricted to play on Mondays and Wednesdays. It is felt that changing to Open Play every day would possibly increase our revenue. Of course, we would not want to institute a major change in policy if our membership is opposed to such a change. If you have input for us, either pro or con, please fill out and mail the form below no later than December 9th so we may have your input for our next board meeting.

Thank you
Century Bank/Century Financial Services for sponsoring the tournament on October 12th. Thanks to your sponsorship, the club cleared over $650 on this event.

Cart Path Work
Thanks to the tireless efforts of a dedicated group of volunteers, we have poured a total of 600 feet of new concrete cart paths this fall, on #9 and #2.
Thank you:
Len Ahrnsbrak, Bill Barnes, Ron Beard, Miles Cronce, Ed Duffin, Bob Green, Gerald Hannaford, Jim Henderson, Warren Herchenroeder, Lynn Jones, Glenn McAndless, Glen McNabb, Alan Mahon, Bob Matyska, Frank Muhm, Don Newton, Wally Plante, John Shoemaker .
And thanks to Jim Henderson for the use of his skid loader. To those whom we neglected to mention, please forgive us.

Nominations Committee
Bill Trivitt and Sandra Strong are the nominations committee for open board positions for the coming year. Three 3 year terms and one 1 year term will be open.
Nominations will be placed at the February Investor’s Meeting. If you have any input for their consideration please let either Bill or Sandra know.

Budget and Finance Committee being formed
This new committee’s mission will be to prepare a budget each year, and make recommendations regarding the financial direction of the club. Initial members of the Committee are:
Bill Trivitt
Chris Harlin
John Harlin

Building Maintenance
The old guttering and facia have been removed and new facia board installed. This has improved the looks of the Club house. Remember to look next time you are there to see if you agree that the building looks much better.

Christmas Gift for Alan
As in the past several years, many members would like to contribute to a Christmas gift of appreciation for our Course Superintendent Alan Mahon.
If you would like to contribute, please bring or mail your contribution to Nash & Sons Trucking by December 20th:
