We owe a big thank you to John Zook and his committee, as well as all of you who contributed, participated, and supported this fund raiser. John reported that the support was really terrific. The Thomas family continues to dominate this tournament. This year it is congratulations to Jake who won with an even par round. Brother Jeremy came in second and Jerry Wallace 3rd. Congratulations to the winners. In the past four years the Thomas brothers each have won two Championships. And, during this year’s tournament, Jake scored an eagle on #7 - very impressive !

to Jean Sims for printing tickets and fliers for our promotions.
- Panic Doors In our continuing efforts to improve the safety and appearance of the Club House, “Panic Doors”: were recently installed in the Ballroom.
- Entry Deck
Stan Chaney has torn down the rotted deck in front to the Club House. It will be replaced with a concrete landing and a handicap ramp.
- Hole in one!!!
We hesitate to call this beginners luck, but the first time that he decided to play in the Tuesday evening Men’s League, Cory Hillhouse walked away with the $500 hole in one pot. Cory made the shot on #4 at the August 3rd Men’s League.
Congratulations Cory. It has been many years since anyone has shot a hole in one during Men’s League play.
